Aaayaa Yoga has created a light but detailed course especially for you. In our multi-style school, with time we have experienced that there are several amongst you who have time constraints or would like to learn and focus on only two styles.
Keeping convenience, time period and focus in mind and heart, we have designed a creative 100 – hour Yoga Teacher Training Course. The motivation is to create an awareness about yoga, help you find joy in your practice, provide some feeders on human anatomy and introduce you to Yogic Philosophy & Physiology.
Aerial & Yin Teacher Training
Aaayaa Yoga offers a 12 day 100-hour Aerial and Yin YTTC amidst the land of Yoga. We are committed to uniting the body, mind, and soul of each individual for a holistic and healthy lifestyle. Discover what it takes to be an inspiring yoga teacher and get completely equipped to become a professional. You will practice asanas, discover the philosophy of yoga, and learn the teaching methodology.
AERIAL SWING YOGA
Time split between modules
Our Aerial Basic class will include optional hanging inversions. All of the poses will be initially taught on the ground. The apparatus is designed to be moveable – meaning the hammock is raisable or lowerable to help you adjust as per your convenience. You shall control the intensity of your practice. These classes shall be small and partner work may be utilized. We ensure you of your safety. We hope that you will feel safe and confident learning how to operate the Aerial Yoga Hammock. We shall even show you how to purchase, setup, and use the same in the comfort of your own home.
If you’re tired and craving energy, or you’re overstimulated with a racing mind, Yin Yoga is just the answer to your problem. Our Yin yoga training draws practitioners to a more contemplative aspect of yoga that prepares the mind and body for meditation. On the physical level, it focuses more on the connective tissues developing flexibility like no other type of yoga, which will prepare the meditator for longer sitting practice. We hold the posture in a relaxed manner for longer time, allowing to cultivate concentration or one pointedness of the mind. In other words, relaxation is the way and observation is the key of this practice.
