A world class retreat center at Bali

Aayaa Yoga Bali retreat has two spacious yoga shalas for classes as well as individual practices, sitting area and dining area. There is 24×7 Wi-Fi connection (It may not be very regular or speedy as in the West), not to mention all the sunshine and fresh air to revive and rejuvenate you as you immerse deeply into the practice of yoga.

Your safety is on top of our minds so this retreat is completely secured with CCTV cameras and boundary walls and the whole retreat is built in a manner that it offers a lot of privacy. Therefore, be at ease always, wear whatever you feel like, and be yourself.

Fooding

It is rightly said that our mind, body, and soul are shaped by the kind of food we have. Keeping this in mind, a great deal of care has been taken regarding the food management. We have chosen the food as per the requirements of the yoga practitioners. Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of Ayurvedic science, we have prepared a wide spread of Sattvik and Rajasik food which satisfies not only the taste of tongue but also the soul and mind.
